Proposal
After covering the project scope, we put together a full proposal and estimate for the project pricing and timeline.

Preparation
After we’ve locked in on the proposal, we start planning the logistics to ensure your project is completed on time.

Start Construction
Our team of experienced contractors will start the rennovation or build, with a focus on quality execution and proper planning.

Finish Construction
We maintain tight communication with your team throughout the entire build process, and once completed do a full walkthrough.

Final Walkthrough
After the project is finished, we do a full walkthrough with your leadership to make sure the project meets the highest standards.

The Confera Team

Brian Regal
Brian has a distinguished career serving the hospitality industry. From Director of Construction and Design at Golden Entertainment Group, Vice President of BKG Service, to founding R&R Construction prior to launching Confera Construction Services.
Pia Richardson
Pia manages Confera's relationships with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. She also spearheads Confera's outreach with new clients in addition to developing and maintaining client connections. She has a diverse background in sales, customer service, hospitality purchasing, warehouse and logistics management and has held leadership positions with firms in both the US and abroad.
Wyatt Sicard
Having served in The United States Coast Guard, Wyatt is a disciplined leader. Wyatt utilizes the training he received from his military background to apply structure and organization to all of the projects he oversees.
John Groves
John is a dynamic leader with specialized training in leadership and team building. With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he is highly skilled and proficient in all aspects of construction, with a strong focus on scheduling and quality.
Rushi Patel
Rushi is a dedicated and highly skilled professional in the commercial construction industry, bringing extensive knowledge to the Confera team. With a master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, he has spent the past five years successfully managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
Daniela Diaz
Daniela is a licensed architect with experience as an Assistant Project Manager. She excels in organizing project documents, managing communication, and ensuring seamless project flow. Her keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills contribute to the successful execution of complex projects.
Oscar Quiroz
Oscar began his career as a finish trade apprentice at the renovation of the Hilton Suites in Chicago. Since then, he has gone on to complete numerous guest room projects including the Ritz Carlton in Naples, FL and the Renaissance in North Dallas.
Robert Emery
Robert has been in construction for over 25 years and has lead crews on 19 hotel renovations. As a former contractor himself, Robert built ground-up coastal properties and over 38 custom homes. He has an extensive hands-on background in carpentry, framing and finish masonry.
Paul Brown
With over three decades in construction, Paul has gained hands-on expertise in skilled and finish trades, as well as project development, management, and budgeting. Extensive experience as a traveling superintendent has allowed him to oversee projects nationwide.
Richard Black
With over six years of experience in FF&E project management, Richard offers extensive expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and risk management. He skillfully communicates to negotiate with fellow tradespeople, hotel management, and other stakeholders, fostering effective and profitable partnerships.
Jeff Williams
Jeff is a skilled and seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as a subcontractor, he has built a strong reputation for successfully managing construction projects with expertise and efficiency.
Yulieth Uzcategui
With a solid foundation in construction, Yulieth has expertise in cost estimation, procurement, and negotiations for construction and renovation projects across the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Her precision in quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and supplier management has been instrumental in delivering successful projects of all scales.
